Whether you’re a veterinarian, producer, veterinary nurse, pet owner or student, your satisfaction means everything to us. When you call, we’ll be available to answer questions and help resolve your concerns.
The first person you’ll talk with is one of our Product Support Experts, who will address your questions or concerns. If you require further assistance or more technical expertise, we will route your call to the appropriate team member— a Livestock, Equine or Companion Animal Veterinarian—who will ensure that you receive the answers you need.

Our Livestock Team: We are a team of four livestock veterinarians. Together, we have decades of mixed/food animal/dairy practice experience, including targeted expertise in dairy production medicine, ruminant nutrition and reproduction and food safety.
Our Companion Animal Team: We are a team of four companion animal veterinarians with private clinical and/or corporate practice experience.
Our Product Support Team: We are a team of three para-professionals and two certified companion animal veterinary nurses with more than 50 years of mixed animal vet tech experience.
