Lincomix® Antibiotic Solution

Lincomix^® Antibiotic Solution is an injectable antibiotic containing lincomycin at 300 mg/mL effective against Gram positive bacteria, mycoplasma (pneumonia).

• Very active against principal disease organisms causing arthritis:
  Mycoplasma spp., Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus aureus and Erysipelothrix insidiosa.
• Approved for pigs of all ages.
• Penetrates rapidly to the infection site.
• Use it at farrowing, weaning, breeding and finishing.
• Convenient once daily injection; non-irritating.

For the treatment of infections caused by micro-organisms sensitive to lincomycin in swine and secondary bacterial infections associated with viral diseases.
Lincomix^® Antibiotic Solution is also indicated for the treatment of infectious forms of arthritis caused by organisms sensitive to its activity. This includes most of the organisms responsible for the various infectious arthritides in swine, such as Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Erysipelothrix and Mycoplasma spp.

By intramuscular injection, 10mg/kg bodyweight once daily for 3 to 7 days as needed. This is equivalent to 1mL per 30kg.
