RespiSure® One

RespiSure^® One contains chemically inactivated whole cell culture of M. hyopneumoniaeis (>31,600 RU), coupled with an unique oil adjuvant, Amphigen™, to enhance and prolong the immune response without causing detectable tissue damage at the injection site. Contains thiomersal ≤ 1mg/mL

• A flexible single 2mL shot or split 2 X 1mL shot bacterin vaccine for the vaccination of healthy pigs at approximately 1 day of age or older, as an aid in the prevention of chronic pneumonia caused by M. Hyopneumoniae. 
• Provides 25 weeks effective protection against the productivity-robbing consequences of mycoplasmal pneumonia when administered as a single shot at 1 week of age or older.
• Duration of immunity in piglets vaccinated at 1 day old has not been established
• RespiSure® One, the vaccine that provides lifetime protection for grower pigs against mycoplasmal pneumonia with a single dose when given a one week of age or older.

• Shake well before use
• Use entire contents within 24 hours of first opening
• Discard any unused portion
•  Dose: Inject 2mL intramuscularly. Administer a single 2mL dose to piglets at approximately 1 day of age or older. RespiSure One may also be given as two doses administered 2 weeks apart.

Some animals may be unable to develop or maintain adequate immune response following vaccination if they are incubating disease, are malnourished or parasitised, or are stressed due to shipment or or adverse environmental conditions.

Pharmaceutical precautions

Take care to avoid accidental self-injection.

This product contains mineral oil. In the event of self-administration, seek prompt medical attention and take this package carton with you. Accidental self-administration may result in local bruising, severe pain and swelling, particularly if injected into a joint or finger, and in rare cases could result in the loss of the affected finger if prompt medical attention is not given. If pain persists for more than 12 hours after medical examination, seek medical advice again.

This material may cause mild allergic reaction in sensitive individuals on skin contact. Aviod skin contact. If skin or hair contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush skin and hair with running water. If splashed in eyes, wash out immediately with water
