  • Shake vaccine well before use.

Use entire contents within 24 hours of opening.

    Dose for Chickens:

0.5 mL subcutaneously or intramuscularly using

    aseptic technique.

    Dose for Pigeons:

Intramuscular: Ensure that the needle is in the

thickest part of the muscle, avoiding bone or other

Lift the skin with the thumb and forefinger and insert the needle just under the skin in a direction away from the head and towards the base of the neck. Do not inject intradermally or into the muscle tissue of the neck or into the cervical vertebrae or at the base of the head.

See pack instruction sheet for detailed notes on application and administration.

  • Vaccinate healthy birds only.

Do not mix with other vaccines or products.

If birds are vaccinated during lay, a drop in egg production may occur.

    Take care to Avoid Self-Injection.

This product contains mineral oil. In the event of self-administration, seek prompt medical attention and take this package carton with you.

Accidental self-administration may result in local bruising, severe pain and swelling, particularly if injected into a joint or finger, and in rare cases could result in the loss of the affected finger if prompt medical attention is not given. If pain persists for more than 12 hours after medical examination, seek medical advice again.

  • As with any oil emulsion product, postvaccination reactions may occur. These may include: swelling at the site of injection, granulomas at the site of injection (which may cause processing plant condemnations), stiff necks, swollen heads, transient inappetence, and dehydration. Such reactions may be aggravated by improper vaccination techniques. Some birds may show signs of general malaise.
