Parvac® Vaccine may be used as part of a vaccination program in puppies at high risk of exposure to parvovirus. This includes dogs living in endemic parvovirus areas or where they are socialising from a very young age with other dogs of unknown vaccination history. Further, some breeds of dog are more susceptible to parvovirus than others. Puppies at high risk may be vaccinated every 2 to 3 weeks from 6 weeks of age through to 20 weeks of age.
A correct vaccination program, combined with appropriate pet care, will help ensure that your dog has the best possible protection against not only canine parvovirus but also other serious infectious disease such as canine distemper, infectious canine hepatitis and canine cough.
See your veterinarian for the appropriate vaccination program with Parvac®.
